Family: Mackenzie Dye Conley (Delta XC and Girls Track Head Coach)
College: 2015 Graduate of Ball State University with a degree in K-12 special
education.
Currently in 8th year at DelCom schools and 5th at Delta High School
Coaching:
This is my 9th year as a varsity coach at Delta, and 12th year overall (1 yr Muncie South,
2 years Muncie Central). I have worked in various roles on the offensive side of the ball,
specifically with quarterbacks and running backs. We have won 2 sectionals during my
time coaching at DHS. Coached multiple All-Conference and Region 5 All-Star running
backs. Also Head Boy’s Track and Field coach at Delta since 2016.
Fun facts:
Played at Delta for Indiana Hall of Fame Coach Grant Zgunda from 2007-2010. A part
of the winningest 4 year stretch in Delta Football history going 43-6 over the 4 year
span. Started 3 games at guard and 34 games at center along with defensive end and
long snapping over a 4 year span. All-Hoosier Heritage Conference 2009-2010; IFCA
All-State, AP All-State, Academic All-State, Region 5 All-Star, and North/South All-Star
2010. Played 1 season at the University of St. Francis. Brothers’ Brayton Conley and
Evan Conley started multiple seasons and sister Krisha Conley was a student trainer for
multiple seasons. Played under current coaches Dave Edwards and Steve Wuthrich.
