The Delta defense had one of its best showings of the season Friday night. They held the New Castle offense to 125 yards and only 5 first downs. Nash Keesling recorded two sacks and Braxton Russell added 8 tackles in the effort.

The offense came to life in second half to secure the victory. Bronson Edwards was 18-23, 189 yards, and 1 TD. D'Amare Hood was the primary target with 10 receptions and 123 yards. Jayleon Jones contributed rushing, receiving, and on special teams.  Kaiden Bond had a rushing TD. 

The Eagles are 5-1 (3-1 HHC). They travel to Pendleton Heights 4-2 (2-2 HHC) next Friday.
