The Lady Eagles' historic postseason run came to an end in the Semi-State Championship, as Delta fell 0–2 to Mishawaka Marian, the #5 team in Indiana, #1 in Class 2A, and #13 nationally.

Goalkeeper Ruth Sherck was outstanding in net, recording 19 saves, while Brianna Jones added another. The team battled with heart, resilience, and determination against one of the top programs in the country.

This season was one for the record books — the Lady Eagles captured both the Sectional and Regional Championships for the first time since 2002, and were crowned Conference Champions for the first time since 2001. Delta finishes the year with an impressive 19–2 record, which is the best in program history!

It was a memorable year of growth, leadership, and unity for this group, and the future remains bright for Delta Girls Soccer.
